Turkish Bath

Turkish Bath (Turkish: Hamam) refers to places for cleaning and relaxation. Mainly consisted of  a big hall and small rooms around in a hot facility, individual basins with hot and cold water taps.

The idea is very simlar to a Sauna, the major difference is water oriented cleaning despite steams.

Very popular in Turkish culture; Especially relaxing on the hot marble in the center (Göbek taşı), geting a sac rubber and massage by a Tellak are indispensable features of Hamam experience in Turkey.
